Live Animal Terms & Shipping Guarantees


Shipping is done once a week either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday via FedEx. 

Upon payment, you will be contacted in order to determine a mutually agreed upon shipping date.  Under no circumstances will a gecko be shipped automatically. 

I can hold a gecko during unfavorable shipping weather as long as a 50% deposit has been put down to hold the animal until a shipping window opens up.

In order to ship your animals safely, all boxes are insulated with Styrofoam and packed with heat/cold packs if necessary.

Shipping cost is $50.  There is no additional charge for boxes, heat packs, or cold packs.


All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy when temperatures are between 40◦ and 85◦

Someone must be available to sign for the package upon the 1st delivery attempt.  If the package is not signed for all guarantees will be void.

In the unlikely event of a DOA, I must be notified within 12 hours.  Under no circumstance should the animal be discarded without contacting me first.  Proof of the deceased animal will be required.   Under normal circumstances, a digital photo will be sufficient, however, it may be required that the deceased animal be shipped back.

Shipping fees are NOT refundable.


All orders must be paid in full prior to being shipped.  Currently I accept credit card payments via PayPal or Google Checkout.  I also accept Money Orders, and rarely, but on occasion personal checks.

Depending on the situation, payment plans may be accepted.  A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required. Please be aware that  am not responsible for any unlikely, but possible tail drops during this period.

If you see a gecko you would like to purchase, I will hold the animal for up to 24 hours.  In the event that a Money Order is used to pay for a gecko, you have 24 hours to send a confirmation number showing that the MO has been sent via priority mail.  The MO must be received within 2-3 days.

Trades may be accepted on occasion.  If a trade is agreed upon, you must ship 1st. 

Deposits / Cancellations / Refunds

Animals can be held for up to 2 weeks with a $50 non-refundable deposit.

If there is a health issue with the animal within 5 days of reciept, you must notify me immediately. Vet care compensation is not provided.

In order to protect my pets, I have a no returns policy.  Because I cannot control what my animals are exposed to upon leaving my facility, it is impossible for me to know if they have been exposed to harmful pathogens.  All sales are final, however in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase I will do my best to rectify the situation.
